During the day Samantha works as Compliance Manager and a Lead IQA in Health and Social Care. Part of her role involves delivering Level 5 Leadership qualifications to managers and their staff in a variety of adult health and social care settings including hospitals and residential care settings. Working the role of training advisor Samantha is responsible for training and assessing apprentices, ensuring they complete their apprenticeship to a high standard and on time.
